To contribute to knowledge production by publishing original theoretical and applied research in the field of educational sciences; to examine and develop solutions for the educational issues of society based on individuals' right to education, equality, and respect for human rights; to be a pioneering publisher in shaping policies in this direction; and to share accumulated knowledge with the national and international academic community, public and private institutions, non-governmental organizations, and individuals.
